Made-to-order items
As all products are made to order, meaning the products you order are especially made for you.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and size guides before placing an order. If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, including:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer:

A replacement at no additional cost, or

A refund if a replacement is not possible
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:

An item arrives damaged or defective

You receive the wrong item
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within a short window after purchase, before production begins.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
